what the hell is an "ukagaka" anyway?

have you heard this strange word but don't know what it means? are you trying to get your friends interested in ukagaka but can't be bothered explaining it yourself?

this is a zine i made to hand out when i go to zine fairs or conventions as something fun to do. its mainly just to get people interested in this hobby and spread the word. enjoy!
